We offer Consultancy & project execution for STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) with latest technologies to name a few technologies are FAB or MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) SAFF based Treatment Plants for Sewage Water, Advance Treatment Plants etc with automatic operation semi-automatic operation or manual operation as per the requirement of the Clients /customers and as per site conditions and area availability.
Quite commonly, centralised sewage treatment plants (STPs) are in practice. However, because of the large volume discharged at one place, the centralized sewage treatment plants aggravate the environmental problem.
Considering the environmental challenges posed by centralised STPs and current legislative guidelines, the decentralised sewage treatment plants are becoming more practical and popular.
In line with this consideration, we have indigenously developed packaged STP that meets individual requirements. It is simple to operate and requires minimal maintenance, power, land and consumables. The packaged STPs are manufactured in MS (with FRP lining or epoxy coated) or moulded FRP as per specific need. We offer range of STPs for 5 cu.m. Per day to 500cu.m. Per day.
These compact plants are ideal for hotels, industries, hospitals, holiday resorts, schools, housing colonies, industrial/commercial complex, shopping malls, residential apartments, hostels, site offices, etc. for its various benefits.
Fluidised Aerobic Bio-Reactor (FAB), the space and power saving technology is a better alternative to conventional wastewater treatment plants that are large-sized, power intensive and require a lot of monitoring.
FAB offers an effective option to the conventional systems made unviable due to scarcity of open space, geographical network of piping, high power and land cost.
Fluidised Aerobic Bio-Reactor (FAB) as the name indicates consists of floating media of cylindrical shapes and different sizes. As compared to conventional technologies FAB reactors are compact, energy efficient and user friendly.

The clarified effluent enters into the FAB reactor, which contains the FAB media. The FAB media significantly increases the surface area for bacterial growth. Air is supplied through fine bubble diffusers. Bacteria oxidize the organic matter present in the sewage. Oxidized sewage overflows out of the FAB reactor, into the secondary settling tank.
